We had the bistek a lo pobre, and it was absolutely delicious. The steak was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor, and the combination with the rice, fries, egg, and sweet plantains was just spot-on. Everything tasted fresh and well seasoned, like authentic homemade Peruvian food. Great portions, great flavor, and a very satisfying meal. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to.
I ordered take out at QATA Peruvian, in Centreville, this evening for the first time and my food was delicious! I got the Lomo Saltado. When I got home I saw they had packed the french fries on top so they were still crispy. There was a perfect amount of sauce. The tomatoes and onions were delicious and the beef was cooked perfectly! It was so tender! I will definitely be back to try their other dishes. The cashier was friendly and I saw the cook as I was leaving and he shared a friendly smile as well! And it was ready in 10 minutes! That’s fantastic when you’re hungry! Thank you and see you soon!!
We were looking for a good Peruvian place to eat and Qata is the place that we were looking for. Excellent food and service that is something hard to find in the area. I strongly recommend this place to enjoy a great Peruvian food experience close to Chantilly, Centreville and Manassas
